Skeleton clock in cast openwork chrome casing comprised of two sections connected by horizontal rods with fasteners made of blued steel mounted on marble light gray rectangular, on four round supports. Clock striking bell, chime mechanism - carillon with eight bells, eight hammers and pinned cylinder with on/off switches-indicators for strike and chime with hands are above the dial. Ring silvered dial with hours' graduation by the Roman numerals, minutes' - by Arabic numerals, every fifth division, two blued steel hands and three rods for starting the movement, clock strike and chime. The clock movement with pendulum, lever escapement, 24-hours winding reserve, three spring motors, three fusees, an hour bell strike, quarters chime on carillon and inscriptions on the rear mounting plate “SINCLAIR HARDING”, “ENGLAND”, “998”. The clock is housed in glass case, with metal bars, fixed on marble stand with four apertures with ornamental bolster on the front side. Three apertures for winding the clockwork, strike and chime, the fourth one - for setting the clock hands. Two keys are in the set.
