The clock case is made of mahogany, it is fixed on four gilded turned feet. The sides of the case are decorated with vertical golden stripes. A door with facet glass framed with golden edging is on the facade, round metal handle is on the left side. The lateral sides are decorated with carved metal grids, through which the mechanism is visible. Dome-shaped top is complemented by golden cones in the corners, a carrying handle is on the top. The dial is located on the brass onlay with floral patterns. Its outer circumference is silver plated, with black Roman and Arabic numerals and two hands. The dial center is golden with three keyholes. A metal plate with the inscription "Paul Rentsch Uhrmacher Hannover" is above.
