The clock case is made in the form of Musical mantel clock in the shape of Reims Cathedral (Kathedrale von Reims), resting on a three-level mahogany base. The first tier of the facade is decorated with deep portals and arches. High lancet windows and slender rows of columns are on the second tier. Dials in the windows are in the façade central part in the second tier. Dial with white enamel round onlays, Turkish letters and two black metal hands. Pendulum movement with lever escapement, half an hour chime, musical cylinder for eight tunes, replayed every hour.
