Cardboard disc is made of Manila cardboard, with rectangular holes on the disc radiuses and five adjusting round holes in the center. The line showing the melody start is on the front surface. Underlined handwritten inscriptions with the melody name in Swedish and catalog number are in the center. The holes location determines the performed melody “Elisabeth-Polka” arrangement, written by C Richter and published in 1850.
