    Paper music roll 28.58 cm wide is reeled on the spool with American standard plastic flanges (with guiding grooves for fixing in the drive mechanism – spool box). The roll leader with triangular cut, with the end glued with white color leatherette with the aperture and trademark. Artistic vignette with the texts and portrait of the performer playing piano, the label with authorization and the pianist's autograph is on the cut field surface. The piano roll contains perforation – the encoded sequence of control actions on the musical instrument for playing the tune - “Nocturne” in D-flat major, op. 27, No. 2 by the Polish pianist and composer Frédéric François Chopin, (22.02.1810-17.10.1849), created in 1836, performed by Josef Hofmann (20.01.1876-16.02.1957), American pianist and composer of Polish origin.

    The roll is stored in parallelepiped-shaped cardboard case, of a base and a cover, pasted over with tobacco-colored binding material. The label similar to the label on the roll is on the box flat end, the label with performer’s signature in the frame is on the cover upper side.
