Decorative plastic lattice, covered with mesh cloth from the inner side is on the right lateral side. Plywood with round apertures closed with white mesh fabric from inside, covers the case from the left side. The button for air drain from the bellows is on the left-hand side. Bellows are pasted with light coral colour paper with foliate ornament and decorated with metal brackets.

Inscription "Radiotone" is on the accordion right front side.
