On the list: "Cocchi, Bacigalupo & Graffigna", "Berlin N, Schönhauser Allee No. 78", "Programm zu № 660", followed by the numbered handwritten list of melodies in German beginning with "1 Adam - Walzer" (the remainder is partially erased and legible only in fragments). On the rectangular lid inner side: "660". Marks: on the barrel flat end – "756"; on a side surface – the maker's name, address and founding date "1891"
