Organ in rectangular wooden case made of polished mahogany, on high pedestal with corner feet, reinforced by ornately shaped brass plates. The facades of the case and the pedestal are decorated with carving in combination with the paint of golden, white, red and blue shades. Music instruments on the background of flowers and oak leaves are painted on the pedestal, manufacturer's company title surrounded by stylized branches is on the case. Fifteen metal piccolo pipes with cover plugs are in the open shelf of the facade. Metal handles-staples for carrying are on the lateral sides. Knife and bolt mechanism of a pinned barrel is on the left side. Located above crank, in the form of an anchor, raises and lowers the keyframe in the working position. A removable pinned barrel lid with an aperture for the axis is on the right side. A hinged lid with two hooks, which opens access to the pinned barrel, is on the top.
A sticker "BIEM" and two paper labels with the company-manufacturer’s title and typewritten lists of tunes in German for two pinned barrels are on the lid inner side. The pinned barrel number 1 for eight tunes and a keyframe with twenty-five keys, according to the number of basic tones, are under the lid. A sticker "GEMA" is on the barrel. With the keyframe raised, the barrel can be moved along the axis and set to one of eight fixed positions according to the selected melody. When the detachable crank on the organ rear side rotates, the worm gear rotates the barrel and the crank gear activates the bellows blowing air into the wind chest, the chamber with valves distributing the compressed air between the pipes. The pins and bridges on the barrel raise the keys that open the valves of the respective pipes.
