On the left top squeeze of the bronze medal - image of the main building in wreath of laurel and oak leaves and the inscription circle-wise: "GEWERBE UND INDUSTRIE - AUSSTELLUNG ZU GÖRLITZ*1885*". On the left bottom squeeze - coat of arms of Berlin in the center (standing bear on a shield with a crown in the wreath of oak leave) inscription circle wise: "*BERLINER GEWERBE - AUSSTELLUNG IM JAHRE 1879* INNERKENNUNG". On the upper right side of the medal obverse squeeze - King Willem III of Netherlands surrounded by ribbons, coats of arms and circle-wise inscription in Dutch: "WILLEM III KONING DER NEDERLANDEN HOOGE BESCHERMHEER VAN DE ENTOONSTELLING". Inscription on the right bottom squeeze in the laurel wreath: "LONDON","INTERNATIONAL","EXIBITION","CRISNAL PALACE","1884". Wooden street organ on the pedestal with ornately shaped feet and brass onlays on the side ribs, lateral and rear sides are veneered with fine wood. Ornament comprised of musical instruments, flowers and leaves in marquetry technique and four medals’ prints are on the pedestal dark-brown front side: exhibitions of 1879, 1883, 1884 and 1885. The facade in double frame is covered with the frame of dark brown colour with ornament in the form of angels with pipes, curls, flowers and leaves and four windows. Painted urban genre scenes on canvas are in vertical windows, painted landscape with the lake is in the horizontal window. Fifteen wooden violin pipes are in the open window. The inscription "Cocchi Bacigalupo Graffigna" is beneath.
Pinned barrel removable lid with an aperture for the axis is on the right side that is ornated with a triple stacked frame; a crank in the form of an anchor, which raises and lowers the keyframe in the working position, is on the left side top, the pinned barrel knife and bolt mechanism is lower. Two lids with hook locks are on the top panel; a set of flue and wooden trumpet pipes is visible under the top lid. Number "305" and a branded blank with a typewritten list of tunes is on the rear lid inner surface. Pinned barrel for eight tunes and key frame with forty-three keys, according to the number of basic tones are under the lid. With the key frame raised, the barrel can be set in one of eight positions according to the selected melody. Metal crank with wooden handle is on the rear side. When the crank is rotated, the worm gear rotates the shaft, and the crank gear activates the working bellows that pump air into the wind chest with valves. The pins and bridges on the barrel raise the keys that open the valves of the respective pipes, the air from the wind chest enters the pipes and makes them. The organ is mounted on gray colour cart with wooden handle, springs and wooden wheels with metal rim. Music media: pinned barrel.
