On the surface of the cover, a decalcomania: “JE CHANTE HAUT ET CLAIR/MARQUE DÉPOSÉE”. On the reproducer: “REPRODUCTEUR/BREVETÉ S.G.D.G. FRANCE ET ETRANGER”. On the chassis: “26752”.
Phonograph is mounted on a rectangular, lacquered wooden base. When not in use, the mechanism is enclosed by a rounded wooden cover fitted with spring latches and a folding carrying handle. A red decalcomania with a golden depiction of the trademark — showing a phonograph, a crowing rooster, and a ribbon with the motto “JE CHANTE HAUT ET CLAIR” — is positioned on the side surface of the cover. The image is surrounded by an artistic vignette. The drive mechanism is mounted on a steel chassis fixed to the base. The serial number 26752 is stamped on the chassis. The set includes a horn, a cover, a winding key, a reproducer, a support frame, and a horn bracket.
