The intricately shaped cast chassis supporting the phonograph mechanism is mounted on the top cover of a rectangular wooden case featuring a molded base and paneled side walls. A logo reading “EDISON – TRIUMPH - PHONOGRAPH” on a scrolling golden banner is applied via decalcomania to the front side of the case.
