The music machine is housed in a wooden casing on movable supports, decorated with multicolored plastic decorative elements with dynamic backlighting in cylindrical side columns, cast aluminum parts, and a rounded top. The front of the casing features an opening door with a lock, a decorative grille with a ribbed half-column made of orange plastic with backlighting and a bubble-running effect. Above are three coin slots with labels in the windows: “25 C (1 TO 4 QUARTERS)”, “10 C (1 TO 10 DIMES)”, and “5 C (1 TO 20 NICKELS)”, along with “Reg. U.S. Wurlitzer Pat. Off.”. In the upper left, there is a red coin return button with an inscription, and below it, a niche for coin return. The inner side of the door is covered with brocade fabric, behind which is a dynamic loudspeaker and coin mechanism. Above the door is a bar with windows displaying the numbers of the keys from 1 to 24 and melody selection buttons. In the upper part of the casing behind a locked glass door, there is an inclined panel with a melody catalog and operating instructions for the machine. Inside, on a horizontal surface: on the left is a stack of 24 gramophone records spinning at 78 revolutions per minute in special trays marked with blue and red numbers. Behind, there is a mechanism for advancing the tray with the selected record and a contact node for the tray drive with melody numbers; above is a bracket with a pressure carriage and a tonearm for playing the record. At the bottom right, a rod with a flange extends out to hold the record. In the lower part of the casing, there is a power supply unit, a tube amplifier, a player mechanism, and a melody counter. On the upper part of the back side, there is a nameplate with the manufacturer's information, a list of patents, and technical specifications. At the bottom, there are two square openings covered with metal mesh, through which the cable exits with a two-pole plug, and there is a switch to turn the power on/off with a label. The middle part of the back side is covered with a removable panel featuring oval cutouts. Before playing a record, the machine must be turned on, which also activates the fluorescent lamps for the dynamic backlighting and the running bubbles effect. One or several coins corresponding to 5, 10, or 25 cents must be inserted, and the melody can be selected by pressing the key with the melody number. The selection mechanism will pull out a record from the stack, and the rotating rod will guide the chosen record to the pressure carriage and tonearm; the needle will drop onto the record, and the melody stored on it will begin to play. The music medium is a gramophone record.
