The cage is made of straight and twisted metal rods with an opening door on the left side, a dome on top, and a suspension, all in a golden color. The horizontal bands and the frame of the door feature a regular relief ornamentation. The cage is set on a rectangular wooden base with beveled corners, also in a golden color, with a protruding molded cornice and relief ornamentation on the side surfaces of the base and the plinth, supported by four legs. On the upper panel of the base, covered in tobacco-colored velvet, there is a stand with a crossbar among branches with red fruits and ivy leaves, on which a bird in red feathers sits, with black wings and a long tail. To the left of the stand sits a second bird in yellow, brown, and gray feathers, while to the right in front of the stand, a third bird in blue, light blue, yellow, and black feathers is positioned. Inside the base, there is a bellows mechanism with a flute tube and spring drive, featuring a winding key and a lever for turning the mechanism on and off on the right side. On the lower panel, there is a round air intake hole covered with a mesh. When the mechanism is wound and turned on, clear trills are produced, and the birds open and close their beaks, turn their heads, and move their tails.
