Cage is fixed on the goldish color cylinder-shaped base with embossed foliage ornament, on three supports. Rack with crossbar, decorated with ivy branches, on which a bird in red and black plumage with long tail sits, is fixed on the base upper panel covered with light brown velvet. Cam mechanism with bellows, small piccolo pipe and spring drive is inside the base, the crank for winding the spring crank and the movement activating lever are on the right side. When the spring is winded and the movement is activated, the bird warbles, opens and closes its beak, turns its head and moves its tail.
