Musical automaton in the form of a girl figure is mounted on wooden stand covered with light-brown velvet. The girl has brown eyes, earrings in her ears, straw hat decorated with flowers is on her lush hair and ribbons are tied in the bow under her chin. She is dressed in yellow silk dress with lace collar and hem decorated with pompon, dark red velvet jacket with yellow silk lining, with apache collar, buttons made of goldish gimp, lacing, sleeves widening to the bottom with lace in the slits. Cape of colored silk with red lining, pin-tucks and clip in the form of flower with leaves is on the hips.
Underwear is with lace trim, wooden shoes are on her feet with burgundy velvet inserts and openwork knee-highs. The girl holds white lilies in her left hand, and wicker basket with a lid in the right hand. The head, neck, chest and arms are made of biscuit - unglazed porcelain.
Musical movement with sound comb, pinned cylinder for two tunes, spring drive and the movements controlling mechanism are mounted in the body with winding key and activating lever on the figure waist belt at the rear side.
When the mechanism is switched on, music sounds, the girl turns her head, raises and lowers her left hand with flowers, the basket lid opens, a chick that sits in there in half-egg pecks feed and chirps.
