Musical automation in the form of a ballerina's figure standing on the right foot is fixed on wooden stand covered by Bordeaux colour velvet with golden braid. The ballerina has blue eyes, earrings in her ears, with necklace on her neck, broad-brimmed satin hat with flowers and feather on curly blond hair. She is dressed in brocade and satin dress of light green colour with buttons and braid, with two-layered skirt below the knees. The dress upper part and sleeves are made of guipure with gold-plated finish. The petticoat is made of mesh fabric, greenish ballet shoes with patterns, mesh stockings are on the feet. Ballerina holds a garland of flowers in her hands. Ballerina’s head, neck, chest and arms are porcelain.

Musical movement with sound comb, pinned metal cylinder and spring drive is fitted in the stand, with the winding key and movement activating button on the lateral side. When the movement is turned on, the music sounds and ballerina moves imitateing fouette.
