A sculptural composition depicting a seated barefoot girl in a dress with a styled coiffure, and a dog (sighthound) lying next to her, is mounted on a smooth rectangular stone plinth. The upper part of the girl's torso is turned toward the viewer; her left hand rests on her bent knees, while her right hand is placed on the back of the sighthound lying nearby, which has its muzzle raised and is looking at her.
