The full-length figure of a young woman is presented in a frontal pose on a high rectangular pedestal of polished black marble. The character's head is slightly turned to the left; a dove sits on her left, bent at the elbow and raised arm, toward which the woman's gaze is directed. The right hand is lowered along the body, gently holding the drapery of the fabric. The sculpture is executed in patinated bronze with gilding.
