Sculptural chest-high portrait of an elderly man with a high wrinkled forehead, half-length wavy hair that is combed back and pinched lips is mounted on a rectangular base on profiled tapering wine glass shaped stem. The head is slightly turned to the side, to the left shoulder. The man is dressed in a double-breasted coat, buttoned at the top button, from under which the standing collar of a shirt with a bow is visible. The inscription is on the base: РУБИНШТЕЙНЪ.
