The composition features two kingfishers; one of them with spread wings, carved from bright blue sodalite. Both figurines are with breasts carved from orange calcite, necks from white calcite, beaks carved from orange agate, with garnet eyes. Birds’ figurines are fixed on the base from semi-transparent white quartz crystals in the form of an ice floe. The base is carved from polished black onyx.
