Ovoid shaped vases with two handles, thin throat and round base, in silver rim. The vases are painted with mythological scenes - Perseus holding Medusa's head, on pale pink background painted with butterflies and snails among scrolling foliage patterns, silver mounts applied with pierced and enamelled gryphons and masks among scrolling foliage patterns, with gryphon handles in bright enamel colours, maker's mark and town mark.
