Rectangular box with ornately-shaped sides and hinged lid, decorated in the Neo-Russian style with filigree enamel. Lateral sides and lid are decorated by floral-geometric ornament on the repoussed, as well as on enamel green and blue backgrounds. The  ornament is comprised of fancy flowers with leaves - curls, floral rosettes - quadrifoil, filigree rings and ovals. 
The enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of green, turquoise, blue, white, purple and red tints.
