Rectangular tray on four legs has slightly raised upturns and chamfered corners with figured contour. In the centre of the tray there is a round medallion with a picture of a double-headed eagle under a crown, with a sceptre and an orb. The medallion is framed by a floral ornament that fills all the tray surface and consists of heart-shaped cartouches with flowers or flower bouquets in baskets inside them, as well as baskets with flowers, with bent handles. The ornament is relief and covered with enamels: blue, white, and yellow-orange.
