Boat-shaped ladle with the spout slightly bent inwards, with high sides, boot-shaped handle in the Neo-Russian style. The sides are decorated with multi-coloured pattern of stylised grapevine with grapes, made in enamel over filigree, with painted finishing. A band of plant enamel ornament decorates the handle. The background is in pale green-and-yellow enamel. The ladle crown is underlined with filigree cord, the spout - with plain silver plate.

The color scheme is based on the combination of orange, yellow, blue, pink, red, white colors and their shades.
