    Rectangular gold snuffbox with a hinged lid. An oval miniature with the bust-length portrait of Louis Bonaparte (Louis Napoléon) – the younger brother of Napoleon I, who ruled the Kingdom of Holland from 1806 to 1810 – is mounted into the lid. The miniature is enclosed in the frame with floral decoration and blue enamel outline. The sides are decorated with rectangular panels outlined in blue enamel and filled with engine-turned pattern. The engine-turned rectangular insert, bordered by the frame with blue enamel outline and chased floral pattern, decorates the bottom. The snuffbox is housed in the red leather case.
