A rectangular gold cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves connected by a hinge, with a snap fastener. The top lid is decorated with a painted enamel miniature depicting an English fox hunt scene. The smooth surface of the bottom lid is decorated with a centrally located ornate monogram "JY", executed in blue and red enamel. The release button of the fastener is made of gold.
