Golden smooth rectangular cigarette case, with rounded sides and corners is comprised of two halves, connected by hinge with snap shutter. The upper lid is decorated with onlay blazon of Prince of Wales in the shape of three ostrich feathers behind gold crown and motto "ICH DIEN" on blue enamel background. The feathers are adorned with cut diamond inserts, the crown with five small coloured cabochon-gemstones inserts.
