Gold rectangular cigarette case with sloping sides and corners, with hinged lid and thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface is adorned with alternating grooved stripes and triangles formed by crossed diagonal lines. Thumb ramp is decorated with oval sapphire-cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
