Gold rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, with hinged lid and thumb ramp. The corrugated (“ribbed”) cigarette case surface is complemented with onlay image of the Russian Empire coat of arms on the hinged lid - two-headed eagle with scepter and orb beneath the crown, decorated with faceted diamonds, and carved oval medallion with the initials “M W”.
