Gold rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two hinged equal halves with snap shutter. Both halves surfaces are adorned with vertically arranged smooth alternating and corrugated stripes, and wide border of foliage ornament along the edge. Openwork round medallion with two coats of arm (the so-called "matrimonial shield") beneath the imperial crown inside, decorated with faceted diamonds and emeralds inserts is on the upper cover. Two openwork holders are inside the case. Silver button is in the shutter.
