Rectangular silver cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides and corners , comprised of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a  snap shutter. Both lids are decorated with the Russian-style ornament in the form of cross-arranged "towels" with foliate and geometric patterns. Stylized image of a flower rosette is in the center of one lid. Carved monogram in smooth round medallion is on the other lid. Silver button is in the snap shutter.
