Rectangular cigarette case made of gold, with rounded sides, a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The cigarette case surface imitates gold nugget texture with porous inclusions-inserts. The thumb ramp is decorated with an oval insert of a sapphire cabochon in a smooth, bezel setting.
