Silver cylindrical case, gilded inside, with rounded corners, consisting of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with two snap shutters. Both lids are decorated with the Russian style enamel ornament. On one lid it is comprised of eight-petalled flower rosettes and a round medallion with eight-pointed star; on the other - monogram "ГС". Both lids' edges are underlined with blue enamel stripe. Enamels' colour scheme is based on the combination of white, red, turquoise and blue.
