Silver rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a silver button in the snap shutter. The top lid is adorned with the centered monochrome enamel image of the Grand Kremlin Palace, Ivan the Great Bell Tower, the Annunciation and Archangelskiy cathedrals, depicted from the Moskva River embankment. The image is in the ornately shaped cartouche. The cartouche is framed with enamel over the filigree lush flowers with leaves on light yellow background. A similar composition, but with the image of two herons soaring above the water in the curly cartouche, decorates the bottom lid of the cigarette case. A girdle of a foliate ornament on blue enamel background ornates the edges of both lids. Enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of blue, yellow, brown, green, white, black, gray colors and their shades.
