Silver rectangular cigarette case with rounded sides and corners, consisting of two equal halves, connected by a hinge. Both lids’ surface is decorated with enamel over filigree pattern comprised of multi-petalled rosette, surrounded by a curved ornamental frame. Free space is filled with filigree stems with small leaves and flowers. A girdle of a filigree rings with turquoise enamel ornates the edges of both lids. A rectangular silver button is in the snap shutter; a thumb ramp is on the top lid. Bracket-holders are fixed to the inner side of both lids. A coat of arms is carved beneath the Count's crown on one of the lids’ inner side. Enamels colour scheme is based on the combination of blue, blue, turquoise, white and green colors.
