Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside, with rounded sides, a hinged lid and a thumb ramp. The corrugated case of the cigarette case is supplemented with onlay details on the hinged lid executed from gold and silver in the form of onlay details: monograms, images of a double-headed eagle with a sceptre and power beneath a crown, the flying God Hermes, a bow and an arrow. Gold thumb ramp on the hinged lid is decorated with blue oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting. Inscription in Cyrillic is scratched on the hinged lid inner side: "На добрую память // Пете // в день 25 летия // от Наташи // 18.XII.1927 г.”. Such onlay decorative details and inscriptions on the cigarette cases, made to order, should remind the owner of an anniversary date, experiences, friends, wishes of success, etc.
