Gold rectangular cigarette case, with a hinged lid and a thumb ramp, made od three coloured gold. The corrugated surface of the cigarette case is complemented by an "L"- shaped smooth belt with onlay laurel branches and a rose-cut diamond insert. An onlay monogram "EK" comprised of rose-cut diamonds is on the hinged lid. The thumb ramp is decorated with a narrow crescent stripe with small diamonds.
