Silver rectangular cigarette case, gilded inside with rounded sides and corners. Comprised of two equal halves, connected by a hinge, with a snap shutter. The top cover is decorated with a relief image of an industrial landscape with an oil derrick under construction in the foreground. There is an engraved dedicatory inscription: "Dear A.L. Altschel // in memory of XXV years work // in the oil industry // from colleagues // 1.VII.1926 Baku". The button lock is decorated with a green oval cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
