    Three illegible marks

    Gold oval snuffbox with a hinged lid. A vertical oval plaque painted with polychrome enamel depicting young couple releasing a bird from its cage is on the lid. The case is decorated with chased floral ornament on white enamel background with inserts of branches with green and red cloisonne enamel berries on matte gold background and guilloche panels covered with dark violet translucent enamel. An oval gold plaque with wavy guilloche background is on the reverse side.
