Gold shallow rectangular snuffbox with cut corners and a hinged lid. A rectangular plaque is fixed on the lid. An Italian rural landscape with a shepherd riding a horse, cows, rivers, villages and mountains in the background, bordered by white enamel frame with a gold floral ornament, is depicted on the plaque. The lid is decorated with gold floral ornament on black enamel background. The lateral sides are decorated with dark green guilloche panels, white enamel and classic white and gold urns on black background on the cut corners. The rear side is decorated with a rectangular panel with dark green enamel lozenges over guilloche and black opaque enamel. They are arranged in the checkerboard order.
