French rectangular gold and micro-mosaic snuffbox with rounded corners, top with central oval plaque depicting an Italianate landscape with a couple and their baby by a tree within a raised stiff-leave border and framed by a rectangular panel decorated with chased foliage scrolls and framed by a border of foliage scrolls and buds on a matt ground,  sides and base similarly decorated, the base with central small zig-zag pattern engine-turning.
