Rectangular gilded inside silver cigarette case with rounded sides and corners is comprised of two equal halves, connected by hinge with snap stutter and thumb ramp. The upper lid is decorated with oval medallion located in the center with the niello image of the sculptural group "Tractor man and Kolkhoz (collective farm) woman". The surface around the medallion is filled with the images of spikes, fruit and flowers on niello background. Snap shutter button is adorned with yellow cabochon in smooth bezel setting.
