Metal tie pin, made in the form of a needle with the head in the form of the Russian Empire coat of arms - two-headed eagle beneath the Imperial crown, with the scepter and orb.
Tie pin is embedded in leather case with sandy-color velvet lodgment. The lid is upholstered with light fabric, with imprinted in golden letters name of the factory "K.Ф. ВEРФЕЛЬ” (partly erased).
