A dish featuring a narrow rim with molded edge. It is composed of rock crystal panels (eight trapezoidal panels and one octagonal central panel) set within a silver-gilt mount. The mount is decorated with polychrome floral enamel, mascarons, faun heads, winged female half-figures, and set with colored stones. The rock crystal panels are detailed with engraved vignettes and ornamental rosette composed of stylized foliage and birds.
