On smooth rectangular base of black stone with beveled sides, there is gilded bronze figure of bearded peasant in belted shirt, trousers, boots, and cap, carrying rectangular crate (tsibik) on his back. Crate serves as stamp box; it features two internal compartments and two hinged lids. Surface of one lid features number 5, and the other features number 7.
