Crystal decanter with silver-rimmed throat and silver spout, hinged lid with thumb ramp and handle. The cone-shaped body is decorated with carved medallions filled with the "Russian stone" facet; part of the throat is processed with wide facet; a multi-beam "star" is on the bottom. The throat smooth cylindrical rim is adorned in the Neoclassical style with onlay silver wreath in the shape of laurel and oak tree branches, fixed with bow. Leaf-shaped thumb ramp. Gently curved L-shaped handle is smooth and free from decor.
