Cylindrical glass holder on ring-shaped base with ornately shaped handle, in the Historism style. The glass holder top edge is decorated with the belt of small round beads. One side of completely ornamented handle ends with a fantastic creature head. The monogram and date are on the glass holder body: "НГ / 1939".
