Crystal ovoid- shaped decanter on flat base, faceted with geometrical pattern comprised of notches and stars, with silver rim, spout, hinged lid and ornately shaped handle in the Historism style.Ring-shaped frame is decorated with the image of oak wreaths suspended from bows and frieze of stylized Lictor's rods. The hinged lid grip is in the form of curl leaf with fruit.
