Crystal ovoid decanter on flat base, faceted with geometric ornament with throat silver rim, a spout, hinged lid and ornately shaped handle in the Neoclassical style. Smooth ring-shaped rim is adorned with forge-rolled friezes (top and bottom edges) with ionic motifs in decor and the images of eagles with garlands on their necks and outstretched wings, alternating with palmettes. Tall bell-shaped lid is decorated with long, thinly finished leaves, forming a kind of rosette, and has acanthus cone-shaped grip.The handle is decorated with flower rosette and stylized lictor bunch with tangled ribbons.
