Silver seal in the Neo-Classic style, with tetrahedral grip and stepped square base with chamfered corners. The image of an unknown coat of arms in the form of a bull's head with the moon and a star between the horns is cut on the matrix (similar images can be found on the coat of arms of Moldovan and Bessarabian principalities).
